Refund policy

Exchange or store credit within 30 days of sale with a receipt or gift receipt. Due to the small size of our business, we cannot refund shipping costs and will need to charge for reshipment. You are also welcome to bring it to our shop for exchange where you can see all our products. Feel free to give us a call 847 784-1890 and we will be happy to help you.

If your item was damaged in shipping, please email us a picture within 48 hours to randoons@att.net for a replacement.
